Director of Programs and Services

Cheri Livingston, Director of Programs and Services, came to BCC in September 2006.   She is passionate about women’s health issues and helping women. Cheri is a key member of the senior management team and provides leadership and management for BCC’s full array of programs and services.  Prior to BCC (1997-2006) Cheri served as the founding Executive Director of the Teen Pregnancy Coalition of San Mateo County, where she was responsible for the overall administration of the organization, as well as program development and fundraising.  From 2000-2006, Cheri volunteered her services in the founding of Thrive – The Alliance of Nonprofits for San Mateo County; a concept of nonprofit leaders building a local alliance to advocate for the interests of the nonprofit sector.  She was a Consultant to the County of San Mateo Health Services Agency for six years, served two years as a member and three years as the Chairperson for the Maternal, Child and Adolescent Health Board of San Mateo County.  She is a graduate of Notre Dame De Namur University.
