Director of Development & Community Relations

Christine Paul joined BCC as Director of Development and Community Relations in July 2010.  Prior to BCC, her experience spanned both the non-profit and for-profit sectors.  In the non-profit sector, she has held roles as Development Director, Board Member, and Project Manager for health, education, animal advocacy, and cultural organizations.  In the for-profit sector, she worked both domestically and internationally in Marketing and Business Development within the global communications industry.  Christine’s education includes: Master of Business Administration & International Management Fellow (Spanish Track), University of Washington; Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in Spanish Language & Culture, University of California, Santa Cruz; and she is currently completing:  Certificate in Nonprofit Management, California State University East Bay; Certificate in Fund Raising Management, The Fund Raising School at Indiana University's Center on Philanthropy.  Christine is bilingual (Spanish/English) and has lived, studied, and worked in Latin America and Europe.
