Helpline

From 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday, a warm and friendly person answers BCC's Helpline. The Helpline staff is here to listen and to provide a safe place to express your fears, identify your needs, explore your concerns, and get information and support.

The Helpline is the best way to learn about the many helpful services provided in our community by BCC and other organizations. We can help by connecting you with a wide range of resources, such as support groups, information related to your specific diagnosis, places to find practical things like wigs, tips on preventing lymphedema, and much more.
