Director of Development and Community Relations

As a key member of the senior management team reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Development and Community Relations works collaboratively in a small team oriented, mission focused environment and is responsible for the strategic development, implementation and analysis of BCC’s fund-raising program. Raising approximately $1.3 million annually, fundraising includes major gifts, annual giving, corporate and foundation giving, and events. The Director also manages media and community relations.

Administrative Assistant

An integral member of the staff team, this part-time (50%) position provides a variety of administrative and clerical support to the Executive Director and Program Director. The AA works collaboratively with all staff in a small team-oriented, mission focused environment. Duties may include those listed in detailed description PDF below as well as special projects as necessary. Job responsibilities also require presence in the office Monday through Friday.
